Andrew Quinn Broker Owner/Registered Forester

 Andy graduated from Michigan Technological University in 2009 with a dual major in Forestry and Wildlife Ecology. Andy relocated to central Arkansas in spring of 2010. He has spent most of his career working for large timber companies working both in the forestry aspect and real estate aspect. 

Andy’s experience in real estate ranges from selling country homes to large blocks of timberland and recreational properties. As a registered forester and holder of a Real Estate license in the states of Arkansas, Louisiana, and Texas, Andy brings a unique blend of forestry knowledge and real estate experience to best suite his clients. 

When Andy is not selling real estate, he enjoys spending time with his wife Jourdan and their two children Chloe and Mason. Together they enjoy hunting, fishing, camping, and boating on the lake. Andy would enjoy the opportunity to help you find your perfect home, weekend getaway or investment property.

Kim Wolter Office Manager

Kim is a military wife and the mother of four children.  She was raised in a very small resort town, Twin Lakes, located in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. 

Her husband Dean is a disable veteran of desert storm and operation Iraqi freedom he served 23 years in the Army and National Guard.  The Army took them to Killeen Texas where their son Jeremy was born.  They have resided in Hancock, Michigan for the last 27 years.

Kim and her family just moved to Arkansas in July 2020 to be near their daughter Jourdan and her family.  Kim’s youngest daughter Jenni moved to Wisconsin to be with her fiancé, her son Jacob is currently living in Arkansas attending college next year. 

Kim has worked as the office manager for Pepsi Cola of Houghton, MI for the last 17 years.  She is really missed by the staff there.  Kim worked at the grocery store Econo Foods in Houghton for 11 years before going to Pepsi.  There she held the job of Scanning Coordinator and Head Cashier.

Kim is a very energetic hard worker, with lots of experience with computers and running an office.  Kim has great organizational skill and attention to detail.  In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her family.  Kim likes going to bingo, swimming and trips to visit family. 

Jourdan Quinn Sales Agent

Jourdan has lived in Central Arkansas for the last 10 years after moving from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Jourdan has found her home in Arkansas, she loves the diversity that it has to offer from the Ozark mountains to Delta farms all the way to the pine and hardwood timberlands of the south.  Being able to call the hogs is another plus! 

In her free time she likes to be outdoors whether it is hunting, side by side riding or at the lake fishing and boating. She also enjoys DIY projects and crafting. Jourdan and Andy have been married since 2011 and have two amazing kids, Chloe and Mason; who are currently playing multiple sports in the area including baseball, softball and football as well as attending school in the Sheridan School District.

Jourdan obtained her real estate license due to her interest in Andy’s work as a real estate agent/broker.  Jourdan and Andy often work together on listings, providing a well rounded approach to helping you with your real estate needs. Jourdan has designed and built two homes in the past including her current residence, making her well versed in new constructions homes and renovations. She has an aesthetic eye when it come to design and the potential of what a home can become. Brad Staton Sales Agent

Brad has been in the industrial service industry since graduating high school in 2003. From fabrication to operating cnc equipment, he’s always looking to take something from what it is, to what it could be.  After over 20 years of experience working in shops, it’s not hard to take notice of what a functional and profitable business needs to operate effectively.  In his own words, “Sometimes you just had to be there to understand what it takes to make it work”.

In his spare time, he enjoys hanging out with family and friends, playing catch with his two boys or anything else they want to do, and spoiling his little girl as much as possible. When time allows, he likes working in his own shop doing welding projects and restoring classic cars and trucks, or fixing whatever is broken around the house.
