Julie is an Arkansas native, who grew up in Omaha, Nebraska after her father was transferred by Union Pacific Railroad. Her mother was a successful Realtor for many years so she gained invaluable experience watching her mother build and maintain a successful career. After receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Julie worked in corporate Human Resources for Fortune 500 companies until returning back home to Arkansas in 2014.
While real estate seems second nature to Julie, she also helps run their family’s property management business. Her husband Chris is a licensed contractor and builder in the ICO Community. She enjoys collaborating with him on his construction projects, particularly in the design phases.
When she’s not working, Julie loves spending time with her family including their children: Claire, Caroline, Savvy and baby Graham. Julie enjoys volunteering, coaching and attending softball games and being active with her church.

Jourdan has lived in Central Arkansas for the last 10 years after moving from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. She has been working in the healthcare field as an RN and is currently a Nurse Practitioner in the Aesthetic field.
In her free time she likes to be outdoors whether it is hunting, side by side riding or at the lake fishing and boating. She also enjoys DIY projects and crafting. Jourdan and Andy have been married since 2011 and have two amazing kids, Chloe and Mason; who are currently playing multiple sports in the area including baseball, softball and football as well as attending school in the Sheridan School District.
Jourdan has recently obtained her real estate license due to her interest in Andy’s work as a real estate agent/broker. Jourdan has designed and built two homes in the past including her current residence, making her well versed in new constructions homes and renovations. She has an aesthetic eye when it come to design and the potential of what a home can become. Alyssa has lived in Central Arkansas for the last 7 years after moving from Fort Wayne, Indiana with her husband. They welcomed their little boy, Rhett, in January and are excited to see what this next life chapter holds. She has been working in the retail industry, most recently banking and has been able to assist many clients seeking guidance on refinancing mortgages.
Alyssa is a gymnastics coach in Sheridan, where she coaches entry competition level. She loves helping the young girls grow and develop their skills to achieve their goals. In her free time she enjoys the outdoors. She likes hunting, fishing, side by side riding and spending weekends on the lake.
Alyssa obtained her real estate license due to her interest in assisting clients with saving money on mortgages and a more flexible schedule with her little boy. Her top priority is to provide the best customer service possible to both buyers and sellers in Central Arkansas. She prides herself in her stellar customer service, work ethic, kindness and concern for others. Andy graduated from Michigan Technological University in 2009 with a dual major in Forestry and Wildlife Ecology. Andy relocated to central Arkansas in spring of 2010. He has spent most of his career working for large timber companies working both in the forestry aspect and real estate aspect.
Andy’s experience in real estate ranges from selling country homes to large blocks of timberland and recreational properties. As a registered forester and holder of a Real Estate license in the states of Arkansas, Louisiana, and Texas, Andy brings a unique blend of forestry knowledge and real estate experience to best suite his clients.
When Andy is not selling real estate, he enjoys spending time with his wife Jourdan and their two children Chloe and Mason. Together they enjoy hunting, fishing, camping, and boating on the lake. Kim is a military wife and the mother of four children. She was raised in a very small resort town, Twin Lakes, located in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
Her husband Dean is a disable veteran of desert storm and operation Iraqi freedom he served 23 years in the Army and National Guard. The Army took them to Killeen Texas where their son Jeremy was born. They have resided in Hancock, Michigan for the last 27 years.
Kim and her family just moved to Arkansas in July 2020 to be near their daughter Jourdan and her family. Kim’s youngest daughter Jenni moved to Wisconsin to be with her fiancé, her son Jacob is currently living in Arkansas attending college next year.
Kim has worked as the office manager for Pepsi Cola of Houghton, MI for the last 17 years. She is really missed by the staff there. Kim worked at the grocery store Econo Foods in Houghton for 11 years before going to Pepsi. There she held the job of Scanning Coordinator and Head Cashier.
Kim is a very energetic hard worker, with lots of experience with computers and running an office. Kim has great organizational skill and attention to detail. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her family. Kim likes going to bingo, swimming and trips to visit family.
